
Cecilie Samrita Aune
Cecilie has been a dedicated yoga teacher for 20 years. She began her yoga journey at the age of sixteen searching to understand and experience a deeper connection with soul and source, delving into self-study of meditation techniques, Eastern philosophy, spirituality and the connection between the mind, body, feeling and spirit.
Cecilie is certified in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Fitness Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Pilates.
Her teaching style is warm, including and welcoming.
Useful information
Arrive at the meeting point at least 5 minutes before the activity starts.
Bring a towel for added comfort.

Please remain silent throughout yoga and meditation practices to respect the experience of all participants.
Kindly enter the yoga shala barefoot, unless attending a fitness or mobility session.
We kindly request that you arrive on time, as late arrivals may disrupt the class and the instructor.
Honor your body’s limits—feel free to rest or ask the instructor for variations to ensure your comfort and safety.
Please silence or switch off your mobile devices during the class to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
